The company was founded in 2002 and employs the best experts in the field of capital markets and asset management. We offer private investors the opportunity to invest their money where we invest it ourselves.
Our company is licensed and supervised by the Federal Financial Supervision Authority of Germany (BaFin). We manage state-of-the-art technology, the highest safety standards and focus on risk management to the greatest extent possible.

Optimtrader is a trading platform, represented by the company CM-Equity AG. CM Equity AG is a EU-licenced financial services company and is subject to supervision by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) in Germany (license is according to §15 Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz (WpIG)). You can verify the registration here.
CM-Equity is licensed to carry out investment and brokerage activities in financial markets, both with basic and derivative financial instruments.
CM-Equity is also notified with the Securities Market Agency (ATVP) for the provision of investment and financial services in Slovenia. You can check all permissions for services under the directive here (select the country of Germany).
